Which system is used to calculate the engineering progress by document weight and progress steps (revision status)

1) the Project scheduling software, such as Primavera,

2) the document control system and master document register

3) another system, as the progress measurement is done by group of documents, e.g., Unit 12 P&IDs, not by individual document which is the level system 2 goes to. The grouping is finer than that of the scheduling software.
