achiziiile publice organizate;2 ateliere de lucru pentru a facilita
schimbul de experien ntre membrii grupurilor int organizate;1
inventar al vulnerabilitilor instituionale specifice legate de
lacune juridice, blocaje economice, deficiene birocratice care
permit dezvoltarea corupiei n achiziiile publice, realizat;1 suport
de curs de formare privind prevenirea corupiei n achiziiile
publice, ce cuprinde vulnerabilitile identificate i cele mai bune
practici din UE n domeniu, elaborat;6 cursuri de formare pentru
combaterea i prevenirea corupiei n achiziiile publice autoritilor
romne i bulgare, furnizate;1 ghid operaional ce cuprinde
vulnerabilitile identificate, cele mai bune practici n domeniu,
precum i standardele de transparen post-achiziie, realizat i
diseminat.
