In the indian constitution, there are three organ of the state. These are the legislature, the executive and the judiciary. The legislature refers to our elected representatives. The executive is a small group of people who are responsible for implementing laws and running the government.in order to prevent the misuse of power by any one branch of the state, the constitution says that each of these organs should exercise different power through this, each organ act as a check on the other organ of the state and this ensures the balance of power between all there. there are six fundamental right in the indian constitution. These includes right to equality, right to freedom, right again exploitation, right to freedom of religion, culture and educational right, right to constitutional remedies. Education right is also mention in our constitution at present time education right play important role in schools.
