YOUR ROLEThis is a hands-on, skills-boosting, experience-filled internship. You will be a valued member of our team and our projects. As an Intern at Reach for Change you are actively involved in the daily work of the organization. You will get hands-on experience with a number of different tasks both on an external level in supporting our social entrepreneurs and helping to run programs as well as internally making sure that our processes are as smooth and efficient as possible.

Specific tasks will be based on your skills (both those you have and those you want to develop) and can include planning and running events, doing research, and contributing to our communications (both online and offline). You might help create an inspiring social media post, the perfect invitation, or do research on potential partners.

For organisational work, you might help with logistics, scheduling, facilitating and organising people and activities within Reach for Change both here in Stockholm as well as supporting our colleagues in offices around the world.

During your internship you’ll gain insight and knowledge about the non- profit social sector as well as the business sector and the benefits of combining the two. You will get opportuni-ties to meet with lots of inspiring and innovative people with ideas and the driving force to make the world better for children all around the world. You’ll take ownership, from start to finish but with lots of guidance, over your own specific project (previous projects have inclu-ded planning a legal advising event for our Change Leaders and leading an analysis of our applicants) so that you walk away with hands-on leadership and management experience. You will have weekly check-ins to make sure you are thriving and will be a part of regular team activities. You’ll learn from our team and from our change leaders about what it takes to create a better world for children, and importantly you’ll get a real chance to contribute to that change yourself.
