WORKING SEGMENT’S•According to the Constitution of Pakistan Article 1860 & in accordance with Legal Framework Order the Edara-e-Fatima Foundation will continue it’s working as:(i). Science; Literature; Fine Arts. Instruction and the diffusion of useful knowledge,(ii). Diffusion of Political Education,(iii). Foundation or maintenance of libraries or reading rooms for use among members or open to the public; Public museums and galleries of paintings; Works of art; Collection of natural history; Mechanical and philosophical inventions; Instruments or designs,(iv). Starts it word according to the Constitution of Pakistan’s Article 25-A “Free Education for All” Program,(v). Will establish Free Medical Dispensaries & arrange Free Medical Camps.

•Foundation will works on public awareness on Fundamental Rights and Principles of Policy Constitution of Pakistan’s Articles 8-28:(a). Laws inconsistent with or derogation of fundamental rights to be void.(b). Security of Person.(c). Safeguards as to arrest and Detention. (i). Right to Fair Trial.(d). Slavery, Forced Labour, Etc. Prohibited.(e). Protection against Retrospective Punishment.(f). Protection against Double Punishment and Self Incrimination.(g). Inviolability of Dignity of Man, Etc.(h). Freedom of Movement, Etc.(i). Freedom of Assembly.(j). Freedom of Association.(k). Freedom of Trade, Business or Profession.

•Edara-e-Fatima Foundation will establish its Business with Travels and Tourism Companies to Promote Tourism and generate its funding resources for its welfare work.

•Edara-e-Fatima Foundation will concerted campaign to raise funds either through charity drives or through holding public gatherings for art, musical, theatrical or charitable purposes at which tickets/cards are sold in advance or gate money is collected. Such permission must be obtained from the District Coordination Officer (DCO) of the District in which the activity is to be undertaken. Application must be made under the Charitable Funds (Registration of Collection) Act, 1953 which then permits the NPO to apply for exemption from Entertainment Duty. The District Coordination Officer (DCO) has considerable discretion in either granting or rejecting the application without specifying any reason. Recent case laws have required that decisions should be in the form of “Speaking” orders (that is, must clearly stipulate the rationale which governs the order. In other words, (why and how).

Survey Conducted by FoundationRecently Edara Fatima Foundation Conducted a Survey in May-2014 by itself in Rural Area’s of Rahim yar Khan (District). In that Survey Foundation enrolled almost 750 Household’s of Different Area’s of District By that Survey Foundation covered different Area’s of Work, Like Low Income Survivals , Disable Person’s , Patient’s of Different Diseases , Free Food , Widow’s, Orphan Children’s , Drop out Children’s from School’s, Un-Married Girl’s, Clear Drinking Water, Emergency Medical Treatment, Registration of Family Dispute’s, Registration of Minorities, Foundation Staff arrange Community Meeting’s for Capacity Building & Motivation to Help each others of Area by the Help of Local Volunteers, Arranged Community Meeting to give them Political Awareness for Upcoming Local Bodies Election’s and also Arranges Meeting’s to prepare them Emergency Work in the time of any kind of Disaster’s Like Flood’s and Earth Quake and provide Local Individuals First Aid Training’s.
