We at Raghuneer, become a part of the team to identify and resolve any issues or conflicts before they can hamper the progress of the project.

• Co-ordinate with Architect & Interior Design team for complete drawings and details.

• Co-ordinate with all the vendors and contractors working at the site to ensure that they get a clear picture on the project approach, drawings and other details.

• Ensure samples, timelines and organogram from vendors and contracts.

• Inspect and certify the procured material for use on site.

• Manage, oversee and audit the project as per guidelines of client, architects and designers. Ensure the execution details are followed as per the architect and designer.

• Set Quality Control Standards & Procedures and ensure compliance of same.

• Progress monitoring and constant reporting to the Client, Architect and Interior Designer.

• Bill checking, certification and submission to the client for processing payment to the contractors and vendors.
