Journaling Workshops
Each Journaling workshop offers participants insight,
instruction, and interactive exercises to help them explore fresh ideas for using self-reflection to capture their world in writing.
Each participant will have the opportunity to discover different journaling forms and styles, and to tap into methods of transforming difficult life transitions into personal growth.
She focuses on partnering with professional women who are adamant about learning how to set boundaries in their lives, in order to live it more abundantly. She has an unwavering commitment to assisting women in their quest toward achieving something more. She has a discernible gift for helping others to uncover their value allowing them to move toward achieving their life’s goals.
Her experience began in training and development and transitioned into performance management providing training and coaching expertise within the financial, insurance and staffing industries. After 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, she began her coaching practice, Byrd's Eye View in 2006.
She has combined her experience in Training & Development, Performance
Management and Coaching to partner with companies in the development of their current and future leaders through 1-on-1 Coaching, Group Coaching and in-class training programs.
She has developed a unique Leadership Training Program that combines coaching
and training in Leadership Development. Pamela’s experience with journaling since the age of eleven has also positioned her
as a Journaling expert, helping others to realize the value of journaling as a stimulus for growth.
Pamela's upcoming debut book project, "Stepping Out of the Drama Triangle"
provides a vivid description of how a well-known dysfunctional model of behavior unconsciously impacts our responses to life's dilemmas and keeps us from living according to God's plan for our lives.
Pamela’s brainchild, “Back to Plan "A" - God's Plan!” is an intensive 6 - week strategy course group that supports and guides women who are ready to focus on discovering God's plan for their lives instead of their own. By tapping into their spiritual gifts, these women work collaboratively to lay the groundwork for identifying and pursuing their God given purpose.
