Professional development consist of attending meetings, trainings and other in-services during your teaching experience.

Educators will need to learn to communicate effectively to students, parents and colleagues as well as grow professionally by attending in-services and other trainings.

It takes everyone involved in a school system to make educating students a success from the students, parents, community and teachers.
