SPIRBOX - SPIRO SAFE PIPE TRANSPORT SYSTEM

SPIRBOX RZ

SPIRBOX - it is a system of safe transport and mo-bile storage of spiral SPIRO pipes. Pipes are placed in specially designed for this purpose expandable cages. A cage full of pipes can be wholly loaded onto a car with a fork-lift truck and quickly unloaded in the same way. An empty cage can be disassembled, which simplifi es logistics in your company.

Internal layer of the AF 013/AF 019 duct is made of slightly perforated AF 012 duct. Insulation material is mineral wool while the external cover is made of three-layer laminate reinforced by carbon fi ber. AF 013 duct has additional steam insulation foil between the internal duct and insulation layer made of Polyester.

DESIGN

This fl exible and thermally insulated duct has been es-pecially designed for ventilation and AC market. Thanks to its thermal resistance and non combustibility, it can also be used to transport hot air of temperature up to +250°C including distribution of hot air from fi re places. Due to its high mechanical durability the product proves indispensible also in the installations of industrial facilities. Perfec-ted technical parameters, high fl exibility and special design enable to install ducts without the necessity to use special tools or fi ttings.

DUCT DAMPER TYPE IRIS IRIS

With the IRIS damper the intensity of air fl ow may be continuously adjusted. Adjustment is done with a handle located on the damper which changes the diameter of the opening in the damping orifice. The damper is supplied with two endings which may be used to connect instrumentation measuring the intensity of air fl ow. The damper is also supplied with a gasket which tightens the connection with the system.

AUTOMATIC ALUMINUM DAMPERS PSE / PSK

Automatic dampers are produced in duct version or wall version. Wall version of the damper operates as an exhauster and the duct damper serves as a control damper. The louvers are equipped with attenuating gaskets which prevents their edges from hitting against one another during standard operation. Thanks to that, the louvers do not make additional noise during op-eration.The dampers are entirely made of aluminum shapes (light and resistant to environment). Max. operating temperature: +80°C.

USE

Panel sound silencers are used to suppress the noi-se in duct ventilation and HVAC systems

The external cover is made of galvanized steel. Con-necting fl anges are made of DW duct shapes and H corners. Thanks to that, the silencer is rigid enough and can be easily installed in a duct system. DW20 shapes are used for side dimensions up to 1000 mm while for larger dimensions DW30 shapes are used. Slotted lever frames are made of galvanized steel and are fi lled with sound attenuating material - mineral wool. The fi bre wire cloth, which tightly covers the external side of the slotted levers, prevents the mineral wool from penetrating into the duct system. The use of high quality attenuating materials and correct assembly of the product ensure high attenuation levels.

DESIGN

The external cover is made of multi layer perfo-rated flexible aluminum duct. The silencer is in-sulated with 25 mm thick mineral wool layer with density of 20 kg/m³. The external layer is made of alu-minum-Polyester laminate reinforced with fi bre wire. The product has properly prepared endings which make its assembly in a duct system easier.The silencer is installed with fi xing clips.

Pipe clips are used to hang round duct networks (SPIRO type or B I). It ensures fast assembly thanks to an easy system of locking and tightening. METAL BAND CLIP CM

CM metal band clips are made of 9 mm wide stain-less steel tape. Their properly shaped edges prevent damaging the ducts during assembly. May be used with any type of fl exible ducts. The band clip is in-stalled with a special, fast opening and closing CMC fastener.

CMC fasteners are used to make clip bands on any diameter duct using CMB tape. This solution helps you to avoid the need for having many diameter bands in your warehouse. METAL CLIP TAPE

CMB is a 9 mm wide stainless steel tape. It is rolled and 30 meters long. Its properly shaped edges prevent damaging the ducts during assembly. The tape is unrolled from handy plastic packages. It enables the user to install a clip band on any di-ameter thanks to the CMC fastener. The rolled CMB metal tape is an economic, convenient and fast way to create clip bands. The details of the band are described on the package.

DESIGN/USE

NYLON BAND CLIP CMN

CMN nylon band clips are an economic alternative for metal bands when installing fl exible ducts. Thanks to their design and easy use, they are easy to install, make the work much faster and hold the duct securely on the connector pipe. Nylon bands can be used within the temperature range: - 55°C to + 100°C. They are available in lengths ranging from 550 mm to 1188 mm. If other lengths are required, the bands can be easily connected without using any tools. To tighten the nylon bands securely, it is recommended to use DIT-2 clamp.

USE TYPICAL APPLICATIONS INCLUDE

TP33B pressure controls may be used for detec-tion of pressure (diversifi ed) and air fl ow in pipes and ducts.

NOTE

TP33B pressure controls are designed to be able to block or detect non diversifi ed pressure. If critical or high values are to be maintained in a given environment, a single device should not be used as both operating and protective device. In case of such applications, an additional control device with alarm contacts should be connected, which will signal the operation of the control device.
