what we do

We make things happen.

Every project is unique, and we are hard-wired to treat each client as an individual with special goals, needs and visions to be fulfilled.

Change is constant. We strive for perfection and adapt to reality. We freely admit to an adventurous streak, but are firmly grounded in the practicalities.

We are an agency that creates unique live events.

how we do it

our motto very simply describes our process: listen. think. plan. do.

We actively listen to our clients’ needs, goals, and aspirations. We think strategically about the best way to fulfill them, both in terms of creativity and cost-effectiveness. Then we plan … and plan some more because that’s the only way to maintain superior professional standards and adhere to budgets. And finally, we execute, ensuring that the logistics of the project go smoothly from start to finish.

Ultimately, we do what we set out to do: move an audience, communicate a message, create an impression...

Page 5: Production Glue Presents 2011.3

what we’ve done

All of the projects in this portfolio were creative collaborations with involved, talented and driven clients. We have had the privilege of working with many event designers, production companies and producers that have given us the opportunity to make their visions reality. The diversity of the work we do is critical to our business. Working in different areas of the live event industry not only keeps it interesting it keeps it fresh, and what we learn from one discipline often helps another.

production glue makes big impacts at live events – and aims to make big impacts in the world by doing some good.

we do nonprofit events Fordham Gala Dinner, Waldorf Friends of the High Line opening summer benefit New Yorkers for Charity, Central Park Boathouse NS11MM Benefit, Cipriani's Wall Street Soles4Souls, Grand Central

year-round intern program glue offers college students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain real events experience by working hands-on and hand-in-hand with glue partners and staff

forgoing a traditional holiday card, we send a green e-card and make charity donations to several nonprofit groups amanda dinnigan trust  city harvest  city parks foundation  food bank for nyc  million trees nyc  the 52nd street project

glue partners strongly encourage the entire team to take time off and time away for the sake of doing good

stay tuned for information on how to support Eric’s charitable racing

glue does good

Page 46: Production Glue Presents 2011.3

Eric, one of our partners, said “green is not a trend, but standard operating procedure; not an option, but a responsibility.” This mindset permeates our office, events and general approach to stuff.

we are working toward becoming paperless through technology such as Google apps and aim to be green in general, like when we successfully campaigned our landlord to offer recycling in our office building

telecommuting is encouraged, making us more efficient and reducing our carbon footprint

we always figure out ways to be more green at our events like handing out reusable water bottles to all event staff, using generators rather than electricity (the former is more energy efficient), or seeking out socially-conscious vendors

our IT hosts are green US companies

we reuse materials (rather than starting from scratch every time)

we rent a storage and shop space to store materials fit to refurbish and reuse

we encourage our clients who have annual events to store their materials when possible

if we cannot reuse something, we make a donation to nonprofits who can, like Materials for the Arts

glue is green/green is glue
