Activity: I researched where I could find veteran support rubber wristbands that I could give to everybody who registers for my race, instead of just giving the winners t-shirts. However, after lots of research I came to realize that everywhere I could find veteran support rubber wristbands sold them around the same price range, and they are too expensive for my personal senior project budget, so I threw out this idea.

Activity: I called department stores asking if they could donate t-shirts to me that I could have and where I could find the cheapest shirts. I discovered I could receive packages from Target, but in order to do so, Target needed an official letter with Creekview’s letterhead on it form me. So I waited until Monday to do that. I also called Publix asking them to donate cases of bottles water, and they also said they needed an official letter with a letterhead from Creekview.

Activity: I planned how I am going to set up the race. I decided to buy bright orange spray paint to pant arrows in the trails so that runners will know where to go, and I decided to use wooden stakes and rope to guide the runners when they come out of the trails and continue the race around the school and the soccer field.
