1. Product Introduction
1.1 Product Overview
SMK31 is an Android core board developed by iGentAI (Shenzhen) Technology
CO., Ltd. based on Telechips company TCC8931 processor. TCC8931 processor is
based on ARM Cotex-A9 dual-core solution, which integrates 2D and 3D graphic
processors, and supports 1080p video decoding, with operating frequency up to
1.0GHz. Comprising of TCC8931, DDR3 / LVDDR3 / LPDDR, eMMC, SMK31 core
board is the smallest system hardware platform using running Android 4.4.2.
SMK31 core board provides the cornerstone for you to focus on your expertise in
the industry, including product ID, structure and applications to make it products.
SMK31 core board as the main control module of in-vehicle entertainment
navigation system program, combined with android 4.4.2 stable system, through
communication control with external MCU, provides customers with cost-effective
in-vehicle entertainment navigation program design, suitable for automotive
multimedia single, dual Ingot structure and other equipment.

4. Key Points for Designing Baseboard Circuit.
4.1. This product supports UART, I2C interface control; if user’s UART, I2C
voltage is 5V, it needs to be converted to 3.3V.
