4 Aluminium Fabrication

Alserco - Aluminium FabricationLet us turn your designs into reality.We have access to both UK and offshore extrusion partners; from turning your drawing into a custom profile, we can stock, hold the material and deliver just in time a fully fabricated part either from our own bespoke warehouse or via one of our dedicated stockholding facilities around the UK.

CuttingAlserco has a variety of saws capable of cutting profiles up to 420mm wide and lengths from 15mm to 7000mm, tolerances from 0.2mm.

Accurate double head mitre saws (90° to 22°)

We have a total of 4 saws, enabling us to cut any job.

WeldingAlserco are able to offer MIG and TIG welded fabrications to BS EN ISO 9606-2, as well as a repair service for existing products.

Punching & DrillingAlserco have the ability to punch or drill holes, slots and shapes, with the following machines on site at our West Midlands service centre: 2 power presses up to 20 tonnes, 2 fly presses, a tapping machine (up to 12mm) and several bench drilling machines.

FinishingAfter cutting or fabrication we are able to finish your job with the following processes; de-burring, polishing, anodising and painting.

Sealants 99

Neutral curing sealant. Excellent adhesion on glass, treated wood, PVCu and aluminium. Fast curing time. BS 5889 type A.

Sealant based on an acetoxy curing system. Excellent adhesion on anodised aluminium, glass and metals. BS 5889 type B.

Low modulus PU sealant for use on a vast range of materials. Maximum movement capacity: 30%.

Medium modulus for structural bonding (mechanical fixing not necessary). Very fast curing time. Can be sanded.

Fast curing high modulus adhesive based on MS polymers. Highly suitable for bonding on a vast range of materials.

Medium modulus adhesive sealant based on hybrid polymers, for general application in the building industry.
