Step 1.

Go to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz then click on the login icon.

Step 2.Click on LOG IN.

Enter your AMWAY ID (IBO number or email address) and password. Then click SIGN IN. For more information on how to login see the ‘Login and Navigation’ Guide.

Step 4.

Searching for products to ADD TO CART

1- SEARCH a) Via SHOPi) Click on the drop-down arrow next to SHOP.

ii) Select the Brand and/or topic from the drop-down box (you will be taken to search results page, see iv below)

b) Via SEARCHi) From the homepage you can Search for a product using the name or number of the product in the SEARCH box on the top right hand-side under the navigation bar.

ii) As you type the product name the Search will auto-populate with matching options. iii) Click on the most suitable option to your chosen product or press Enter on your keyboard.

Choose your product (and quantity) and ADD TO CART

Click on the Mini Shopping Cart

NOTE: Once you have added your product to Cart you will see a confirmation ribbon stating that the Product has been added to cart (this will only appear on the screen for 5 seconds). The product will also show in the Mini Shopping Cart and the number of items in the cart will increase.

Step 7.

Click on View Cart.

NOTE: Search results can be amended as you need. You can also increase or decrease the number of products by using the + or - buttons.


A second way to add products to cart- QUICK ADD

i) You can add more products to your Cart on the Shopping Cart page by clicking on the QUICK SHOP +.

ii) Type the item (product) name or number into the text box and click on SEARCH.

iii) Products will auto-populate below. Click on the ADD TO CART button of the product you wish to order.

Note: You can also increase or decrease the number of products by using the + or - buttons.

A third way to add products to cart- Product Details Page

If you wish to find out more information about the product (look at the detailed description).i) Follow step 4, 1a, or b above to reach the Search Results page.ii) Then click on the product image or name.

iii) You can choose number needed by using the + or – buttons next to Qty.iv) Check if the product is available by clicking on View Availability.v) View product details as required by clicking on the description on the bottom right hand side.vi) To order the product click on ADD TO CART.

Step 7. Processing the order

You can access the shopping cart by clicking on the Mini Shopping Cart, then the VIEW CART button.

02 Make your product choices and add to the cart


In Shopping Cart:

a) Volume to : By Default Logged in IBO is the Volume IBO for IBO Order. IBO can click on change to assign different Volume downline IBO for the order.

NOTE: Rules & Policy: Volume IBOVolume IBO allows an upline to place an order on behalf of and authorised by their downline. The Ordering IBO is allowed to allocate the volume to another IBO for their PV/BV and benefit. The coupons and promotions used are those available to the Volume IBO and are exhausted if used. .

b) Shipping & Delivery: Shipping and Delivery Option is used to select the Delivery Mode and Address for the order. You can also choose Click & Collect, to pick up from your nearest Amway Business Centre.

c) Apply Coupon: Click on APPLY COUPON to use any eligible coupons (see Coupons-User Guide for more information).

1- To pick up from your local Business Centre- click on Click & Collect2- Select the Business Centre you wish to pick up from

c) Apply Coupons: Click on Apply Coupons to see if you have any valid coupons.

d) Click on valid Coupons and then click on APPLY. Discounts will then be automatically applied and will show in the Grand Total.

05 Payment


e) Scroll to the bottom of the Shopping Cart page and click on either of the Proceed to Order buttons, to be taken to checkout.

f) Enter your Payment details, then click on the PAY NOW button.Note: You can view the product in your cart (order) by scrolling down the page, if you wish to make changes to your order click on the BACK TO SHOPPING CART button in the top left navigation bar.

a) Changing Delivery addressi) Go to Shopping Cart and click on“SHIPPING & DELIVERY to open.

ii) Choose the SHOPPING OPTION delivery. Your default address will be chosen automatically.Note: You can edit your default address by clicking on EDIT.


b) Shipping and Delivery

1 - Click on the + for SHIPPING AND DELIVERY to expand and choose the delivery option.2 - Choose from these two options: Delivery or Click & Collect.

Delivery 3- For Delivery, select default shipping address or any other address using Choose Another Address or Add New Address (see appendix 1 for more on Delivery).

iii) You can choose an address from your Address Book by clicking on the check box next to Choose from Address Book. Enter the details of the Address into the text box and click on the SEARCH button.

iv) You can choose to enter a new address for delivery by clicking on the check box next to Enter New Address. Enter the address, this will auto populate. Then enter Attention to and either a mobile or landline phone number. Choose if you wish to save to your address book by checking the box. Then click on the SAVE button.

i) Standard Delivery is the default for all other orders placed. ii) Express Delivery: shows if your postcode or order are eligible for Express Delivery.iii) Estimated Delivery Time: click here to see Delivery Information (below).

2. View AvailabilityTo see if the product and quantity chosen is in stock, in which location. The location of availability will be shown for the default location. This can be set in your delivery address or via the location pin.

a) Location pini) Click on the Location Pin on the Top right navigation bar.

ii) The Pin Location drop-down box allows you to choose either home delivery or Click & Collect (by clicking on the icon). If choosing Delivery you can view your default delivery address or select an alternate address.

iii) Opting on the Click & Collect icon will show the selected Business Centre that can be changed by entering the details into the text box.

b) The product page will show if the product is IN STOCK.This will be based on availability for your default setting of delivery or Click & Collect. To find out if there is further availability of the product you can click on View Availability.

a) Some products will not allow you to ADD TO CART directly from this page but will instead have a SELECT OPTIONS button.This means that there may be several flavours, colours or variations to this product and you will need to choose one. i) Click on SELECT OPTIONS

b) Bundles with Variantsi) Choose your bundle and click on SELECT OPTIONS.


ii) Click on Choose your flavour/colour/variant, using the drop-down arrow, choose the quantity and then click on the ADD TO CART button.

iii) Click on Select to choose the Colour (or variant).
