Thank you for choosing Taylor Rental!We have been a locally owned and operated company in San Luis Obispo County for over 20 years, with two locations to serve you. Our experienced staff can assist you in your rentals from a small, intimate get together to an elaborate wedding of 300 or more! We strive to provide excellent quality service to each one of our special clients In order to do so, please observe our following rental policies:

Reservation PolicyUpon reserving, any order requires a 30% non – refundable deposit. Any cancellations after reserving are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the last 14 days before your delivery or pick up date will be charged the full 100% of the order. Any reductions to the order must be made 14 days prior. No reductions will be allowed within the last 14 days.

Delivery prices will vary depending on city and items rented. There is a set up fee for tents, dance floors and staging. A 14% damage waiver is placed onto each order. This covers accidental damage, but does not cover vandalism, theft, etc. Please ask a staff member for details. This may be waived. If paid, it is not refunded after your event. All of our rentals are for 3 days. Please let us know the amount of time needed to adequately meet your needs. Tablecloths do not need to be cleaned upon return. Please dry any wet linens out before placing into provided bags. A cleaning charge may be applied if items are returned with mildew, and a replacement charge will be applied for anything damaged, not returned or with mildew that could not be removed.
