pork purveyor, founded by Charles L. Solomon, and

known throughout the industry for top quality products

and exceptional service.

For over 75 years, King Solomon Foods has been

serving the Greater New York Area with a dedicated

staff to assist you with sales, billing, and delivery.

We offer next day service to most areas and have a fleet

of modern refrigerated trucks. We deliver Monday-

Saturday for free. We can deliver throughout the

Tristate area. No order is too small and we have no

delivery fees, from the smallest to the largest of orders!

Dry Aged Beef

Our Dry Aged Beef Program consists exclusively of

USDA Prime and Angus beef. Our dry age cooler is

closely monitored and controlled for humidity and

temperature with fans to create proper air circulation.

We dry age the meat for a minimum of 28 days and

upon request can shorten or extend that period of time.

The items placed in this cooler are:

Burger. The Original Brooklyn Burger was conceived 9

years ago and we have continued to build our product line.

We now have a Premium Blend (Choice Chuck, Brisket

and Short Rib) Burger and a 100% Angus Beef Burger

which has no added antibiotics or hormones. These

burgers are frozen and ready to go directly on a skillet or

grill! Our product line is available nationwide in over 20

supermarket chains (such as Puplix, Wegmans, Shop Rite

and more) sold directly on Jet.com and at several sporting

arenas including Capital One Arena in Washington, DC.

beef: KS Dry Aged Steakhouse Blend (which consists of

Chuck, Short Rib, Brisket, and Rib Cap), KS Exclusively

Prime (from only USDA Prime chuck muscles and Prime

trimmings), and KS Standard Blend (chuck muscles,

trims and steak trimmings).

Upon consultation, we can create your very own custom

blend.

Our Burgers are made fresh daily, never inventoried.

You receive them the same day they're made. Most
