1. Clean the fabric first, before using Nano4-premiumtextile, otherwise it will trap the existing dirt .
2. Spray the fabric with Nano4-premiumtextile from 15cm distance to slightly very wet the surface where you want to protect. After coating with Nano4-premiumtextile the surface takes 24 to 48 hours (at 20
0C) to be fully cured. The time required for curing may vary depending on ambient
temperatures.
3. Another way to protect the fabric is by dipping
For fabrics washed regularly, the protection may last between 20 to 30 washes. You can re-apply Nano4-
premiumtextile to the fabrics to obtain the same results.
The amount of product needed each time depends on the method of application and type of fabric. In any
case between 25ml/m2 and 100ml/m2. This means that 1 liter can cover the surface of 10m2 to 40m2. We
recommend to test each type of fabric first to determine the absorption of the surface.

1. Before using the product clean the surface very well with traditional
methods and rinse with water.
2. Sprinkle and rub well the surface with the Nano4-preclean with a cloth
(use sparingly). The surface has to be dry, dust free, oil and grease free.
3. The treatment of the target surface should be carried out under ambient
conditions. Use only on room tempered surfaces (between 30C and 40
0 C).
Industrial application: For the best and economy installation you can use a HVLP spray gun. For more

Spray the surface with Nano4-rims in places 30 X 30 cm. The liquid has to be polished with a cloth (use
sparingly).

The Nano4- deck wooden is a Nanotechnology product that is
based on water. It is very friendly to environment and ecological. The Nano4- deck wooden SiO2 properties creates an invisible protection against dirt and also protects surfaces from sunlight, moisture, creating moss, grasses, and also increases durability. Once applied, the Nano4- deck wooden creates an invisible layer which prevents moisture to enter the surface, offering great resistance to chemical stress. For the best results surfaces should be sprayed at least twice (wet to wet, it is very important to spray the second hand before the first has dried ), depending on the absorbency of the surface you want protected. The process may need to be repeated.
Industrial application: For the best and economy installation you can use a HVLP spray gun.
Other application techniques: In addition to spraying, you may protect the surface with Nano4- deck wooden using a brush, dipping or a paint roller. Results may vary depending on the application method.
After coating with Nano4- deck wooden the surface takes 24 to 48 hours (at 200C) to be fully cured. The time
required for curing may vary depending on ambient temperatures.
Protection lasts up to 8 years, provided that the application of Nano4- deck wooden is done according to instructions. The amount required each time has to do with the method of application and type of surface, and in any case between 30ml/m
2 and 200ml/m
2. This means that 1 liter can cover the surface of 5m
2 to 33m

1.Apply liberally with a clean paper, linen or microfibre cloth using circular motions.
2.An application time of 15-20 minutes is recommended for optimum effect.
3.Remove the white residue with a polishing machine. We recommend high speed and surface pressure. The polishing pad may need to be changed if it was contaminated too much by the residue. This SiO2 coating is fully integrated and cured after 24 hours. The easy-to-clean effect can be tested for the first time after this curing phase.
