machinery. Done correctly, the life

expectancy of the related moving

parts on the machine is significantly

increased. This also has a positive

effect on reducing unplanned

downtime, by minimizing the likelihood

of pins failing and parts seizing.

The advantage of automatic lubrication

systems is that the lubrication is

applied while the machine is operating;

this means that when the equipment

is hot and actually in motion, grease is

JSG Lubrication Management Controller

The JSG Lubrication Management Controller is a universal lubrication management system capable of handling applications from simple run/pause systems to the more advanced progressive, single and dual line systems. Innovative algorithms and simple Lube-Logic setup procedure also gives new flexibility and greater control over traditional Single Line Parallel and Two Line systems.

JSG Lubrication Management Controller Data Acquisition

The programming and data features of the JSG Lubrication Management Controller include the possibility of programming manually or via computer. Software is available for computer programming and downloading operating history. The downloading process can be carried out via direct link, data shuttle or modem/GSM.

Via JSG Data Shuttle

The JSG Lube Management Controller has the capacity to store all critical faults up to 80 records. The Data Shuttle is a compact device that removes the need for a Laptop PC as it can retrieve the data from up to 99 different JSG Lube Management Controllers.

This information can then be downloaded from the Data Shuttle to your desktop PC to the JSG Lube Management program whereby all information can be scrutinized.

Via JSG GSM Vehicle Modem Kit

The JSG Vehicle Modem Kit is the ultimate tool for downloading data from the Lube Management Controller.

Connecting the JSG Vehicle Modem Kit to the JSG Lube Management Controller allows remote monitoring via the cellular network and therefore reducing inspection frequency and valuable technician time.

� The GSM modem needs to be installed together with the Lube Management Controller.

� Allows for central offsite location for where data from multiple remote sites can be gathered.

The economical model “G2” Pulse Lubrication Controller is suitable for Single Line Parallel injector lubrication systems. The G2 Controller has 2 outputs, one output specially designed to control motors that require a pulse signal to reciprocate, while the other output is used to keep the vent valve open during a lubrication cycle.
