Sempreteca is the gluten-free wheat flour opera-ting division of Erre de Vic1952, which is dedica-ted to the production of fresh pasta and pizza. It was established in 2010 as an innovative food initiative aiming to provide new specialities using natural and select ingredients, all of which are gluten free. Different ranges of products have emerged out of this endeavour: pizzas, fresh pasta and pre-cooked meals.

Sempreteca is backed by the long-standing ex-perience of Erre de Vic, 1952, which specializes in producing high-quality meat products with no gluten or other allergens, by combining the most traditional of processes with innovation.

Since its beginnings, Erre de Vic has been aware of the benefits which high-quality foods can contribute to our present and future well-being. Because of this, all of its products combine the need to care for our consumers’ health with the desire to maintain the full flavor and texture of our gourmet foods.

The products are a demonstration of this: diffe-rent varieties of boiled and cured hams, turkey, Frankfurt sausages and textured spreads, always produced with the care, commitment, waiting times and strict guidelines inherent to products which are made unique.
