IntroductionSVC (Soosung Valve Industry Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1990 as a manufacturer of specialty valves and has been producingDual plate check, Non-slam nozzle check, Foot, Smolensky check, Post indicator gate valve, etc.

With our abundant experience of about 30 years in valve industry here, we decided to launch a new Trading division beginningJune of 2008 for the supply of Korean valves ranging gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly, safety, plug, diaphragm and someinstrument valves with our brand of SVC or makers brand depending on customers requirement.

Serving the plumbing industry for over three decades, SVC is dedicated to providing quality, specially engineered Korean productand service at the competitive price.

Product WarrantySVC (Soosung Valve Ind. Co., Ltd.) warrants that the valves supplied shall be free from against defects in material and workmanshipfor a period of 24 months from date of FOB shipment, under normal use and service, and not caused or resulting from improperapplication, usage, maintenance, test, repair, modification or alteration.

SVC is not responsible for claims for consequential damage, loss or exposure of any kind arising out of the defect. The extent of liability under this product warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement as herein provided of any of thedefective products of parts. All such defective valves shall be repaired or replaced on FOB shipment excluding any other expensessuch as sea-freight, air-freight, inland transportation or customs duties, etc.

All claims for such defective products or parts thereof shall be made in writing by the Buyer within 30 days after such defect is found.Failure to make such claim within the aforesaid period shall constitute the products being in compliance with the warranty termsand conditions set forth herein.
