Canaan is a company offering produce sourced from small scale farmers organised in over 50 communities across Palestine, under fair trade terms. Canaan supports farmers through training in regenerative farming practices, value-added processing, micro-loans for small enterprises, and co- operative working. Since 2005, Zaytoun has worked with the farmers of the Palestine Fair Trade Association who sell their fairly traded produce to Zaytoun through Canaan Fair Trade.
