when youre procrastinating:
Filling your day with low priority tasksfrom your To Do List
Sitting down to start a high-priority task,and almost immediately going on-line,texting someone, turning the TV on, etc.
Leaving an item on your To Do list for along time, even though you KNOW it'simportant!
