Whether Greenfield or Brownfield, we provide everything from scoping studies, permitting, andtechnical evaluations through to engineering, design, procurement management, construction assistance, start-up,and commissioning.
OIL & GAS
PSE undertakes site survey for retrofitting, Adequacy study of existing facility and Constructability study of proposedfacilities, Development of Basic Engineering from concept, Front End Engineering Design, Detailed Engineering, andProject Management services.
PSE also provides post-construction engineering services including pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-upprocedure and operating manual.
