As the situation continues to evolve, parents and caregivers are advised of the following School preparations. Process for School Closure In the event of a school closure before the end of the school term, parents will be notified by a text from the school. Please make sure that your contact details are up to date with the school office. If for some reason you do not receive a text, please visit our School Website. Continuity of Teaching and Learning We have put together a Resource Pack and additional Homework for learning at home. A hard copy booklet will be sent home with written work as well as links to various websites and online learning. It is expected that students are doing some literacy and numeracy each day to maintain the usual school routine. A suggested timetable has been designed with an overview of weekly work that could be completed. The work being sent home caters for students from Prep to Year 6. Please be mindful, it may have to be adjusted to suit your child’s needs. We will also send Year Level text books home at a later stage if the need arises, with further instructions. Teachers and myself are available via email, should you need to contact us. I would ask all families to be extra vigilant about health and hygiene at this time. Thank you for your ongoing support as we work together to keep our community safe and healthy, ensuring that we do our best to limit the impact of any closure on the educational outcomes for our students. Kind Regards, Lee Martin Principal
