A project report with transition guidelines to be made and given to the TL for next cycle. (PRO)

- Orientation activities as defined in checklist- EP LEAD- EP Conference- Project Induction

- Execution of project, job roles and MoS defined.- All activities to be documented, video, pictures taken. - Cultural activities/events/involvement in LC forums- TMP/TLP on exchange implementation and tracking

- Weekly project meetings (to be minuted).- Feedback and troubleshooting (every 15 days with EPs and client).
