Electronics has given us world-wide, even spacewide, te levis ion; communication; and control of mil i t ary , indust r ia l , domestic, and economic devices .Medical science has come from pasteurized milk to thet ransplant of v i t a l organs.In a l l of th is immense sc ien t i f i c advancement therehas been the suppression, and withholding, of many v i ta lth ings , tha t a t the time were in conf l ic t with economicand pol i t ica l in te res t s .The paradox of today i s seen in the over-a l l pictureof the constant words for peace, while ever more potentweapons for des truct ion are being manufactured. The Condon r e po r t on U.F .O.s turned out exac t ly aswe pred ic ted it would in our "Proceedings" o f April-May,1967. They i n v e s t i g ated the U.F.O. by the process ofe l imina t ion , and examined l e s s than 2% o f the manyr epo r t s given over 20 years .

The book, "U.F.O.s Yes", wr i t t en by David Saunders ,who was p a r t o f the Condon Committee, exposes the ins ides to ry of a nega t ive conclus ion already reached to makethe r epo r t look l ike a s c i e n t i f i c r e po r t . We haves t a t ed fo r year s t h a t the A ir Force knew the answerss ince the ea r ly 1950 ' s . The i r con t inu i ty o f i n v e s t i ga t ions s ince then are a cover-up designed to make thepubl ic th ink they don ' t know th e answers.Thousands of photographs have been ,t aken by A irForce j e t s chas ing the U.F.O.s , as we l l as groundphotographs taken by c i v i l i a n s . - ------ELECTRO - MAGNETIC GARDENING

Tests conducted with vegetables growing in a garden,show remarkable resu l ts when they are grown underelectro-magnetic st imuli . They've found that up to30% more seeds wil l germinate af t e r they have been inthe ground for 24 hours. Growth of the crop to thetime of harvest , i s accelerated by several weeks. Insome growing areas th is makes i t possible to plant, thesecond crop sooner, thereby avoiding early freezes;as about 6 weeks can be gained on both the plantingsto the time of the second harvest ing.

Leaf vegetables and above-the-ground vegetableswil l be nearly twice the size of normal vegetablesthat are grown in uncharged so i l . Root vegetables, l ikecar ro t s , parsnips , e tc . , wi l l not only be l arger , butwil l have more f lavor . Ball-shaped vegetables wil l notreact as well as pointed root and pointed l eaf vegetables-.- This includes head le t tuce , cabbage, turnipsand potatoes, among others . This is because the i rspherical shape accumulates the charge, instead of permitt ing flow of the current to keep passing throughthem.

A device to perform th i s ac t iv i ty can be made asfollows. Get a s t ra ight length (21 feet) of ~ " diameter galvanized water pipe. Take a ~ " standard c ~ u p -l ing ~ n d weld a four-foot cross of *" pipe on bne endof i t . The cross i s to be hor izontal to the groundwhen the coupling i s screwed on to the top of the pipemast. Solder eleven spikes onto each arm of the crossfrom center . These wil l be spaced 2 inches apar t fromthe ends coming in , and each 9 inches long. Thesespikes are made from #10 copper wire and a l l points t ra ight up. The top ends should be sharpened to apoint by hammering, or grinding, before they aresoldered on to the cross arms.

Solder 12 wires around the base of the mast, 18inches up from the bottom end. This can be #14 barecopper wire, each equal in length to your garden radius .Screw the spiked cross onto the top of the mast.Connect four guy wires to the top of the mast a t thecenter of the cross . Put an insula tor on each guy wiresix fee t down from the i r connection a t the top of themast. Add ten more fee t of guy wire to each of theseinsula tors , and put another insula tor on each of thesewires. Drive four pipe stakes, a t an angle to the

ground, 15 fee t from the mast and equally spaced abouti t . Fasten four guy wires to the stakes, each longenough to connect to the bottom in-su la tors .Dig a small hole for the mast. This hole should bebig enough fo r a wide mouth, large glass peanut but te rja r . Be sure the lop of th is ja r is above the groundleve l. Put a smal er glass ja r in the peanut butterja r , and another smaller one in i t ; unt i l the ja r in -side is ju st big enough to f i t around the pipe mast.Slide the ja rs on the pipe mast lower end, se t the mastup and attach the stake guy wires to the four lowerinsulators . Adjust the guy wires so the mast is ver t i-

from the mast to the size of your garden. They arenot to exceed 200 feet from the mast. These ditchesshould be deeper than the working depth of hoe orcu lt iva tor . Extend the twelve wires out and down theseditches and cover them up, a f te r placing a stake a t theouter end of each wire; so you can always t e l l wherethe wires are .Now plant your rows rad ia l ly from the mast in yourround garden. Do not plant direct ly over the wires , asroots may entangle them. Rows should never be closerthan four fee t to each other on the inner end. Plantwhat you l ike best para lle l to the wires.This device works by activat ing the natura l e lectr iccharge in the atmosphere and the earth . These chargesbeing in unbalance (between the sol id earth and thegaseous a ir ) t ry to balance, thereby creating ane lect r ic flux in the mast and wires. The current inthe wires produces a magnetic f ie ld around them, andbrings about a gentle magnetic vortex perpendicular to

the ground. This in turn crea tes accelerated ion ande lec t r ic act iv ity in the p lants , and roots , which are in the vert ical l ine of e lec t r ic flux.
