In pursuance of the orders issued in Government letter 2 nd cited and undcr rule 23(a) (i) of the general rules ror the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services, the services of the Assistant surgeons mentioned in the annexure are regularized with effectfrom the date of their joining duty in Tamil Nadu Medical Service~. 4.They arc deemed to have been placed on probation for a total periodof two years within a continuous period of three years,
5.The Assistant Surgeons who do not possess adequate knowledgein Tamil have to pass second class language test (Full test) in Tamil withinthe period of probation if they have not passed the same till date.
6.Al! the Assistant Surgeons mentioned in the Annexure should passthe Account Test for Executive Officers and Tamil Nadu Medical Code withinthe stipulated time as per special rules.
The receipt of the reference should be acknowledged at once.
