Procédure :

1. L’Administrateur du Service HUP appelle le Call Center 0800 902 791

2. L’agent du Call Center remplit au téléphone avec l’AS le formulaire de commande groupée HUP (entre autres le Code programme et le N° AMO nécessaires)

3. Le Call Center renvoie le formulaire par fax au Notice Contact ou tout CO-Administrateur du Site MVLS pour validation et signature.

4. Le client renvoie par fax/poste le formulaire rempli, signé et avec le paiement

La commande HUP doit être payée à la commande (carte de crédit, mandat, chèque)

5. Une fois le paiement réceptionné, la commande est envoyée à l’adresse de livraison indiquée sur la commande.

6. La distribution des CD est réalisée par le client.
