Reservation Both a deposit of 25% of the price as well as the signature of a contract are necesary to make a reservation for after hours guided tours. The remaining balance will be paid 10 days after the event.
Cancellation for guided tours during normal operating hours and guided tours before 10 amIn the event of cancellation of the visit within 48 hours before the date set for the celebration, the cancellation fee will amount to 50 % of the price of the visit.
Cancellation for after hours guided tours and combined operating and after hoursIn the event of cancellation of the event within 15 calendar before the date set for the celebration, the cancellation fee will amount to 50 % of the price of the visit.

After hours guided tour packagenumber of guests The price for each additional guest is €80guides The price includes a guide for 25 people. If much smaller groups are desired, the supplement for each guide will be €200.

Simultaneous use of various roomsIf various rooms are rented at the same time, the full rate for themain room will be applied plus the minimum rate for the associated room(s). The “main room” is understood here as the one with highest rental price of all those rented.
Number of guestsThe price for each additional person is calculated according tothe first category for each room and calculated according to thecorresponding rates for visits during normal operating hours or after hours, when the museum is closed to the public.

GuidesPrices for a private tour include a guide for 25 people of the Permanent Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection and for 20 people of the Temporary Exhibition. If smaller groups are desired, the supplement for each extra guide is €200.
Event set-up and durationPrices for renting rooms correspond to five hours of use. Each additional hour of use or set-up will be charged at 10% of the rental price. If it is necessary to set-up the day before the event, assuming the room is available, the normal rate for that room will be applied.
Tours at nightFor private tours starting after 21.00h, an additional 10% will be charged.
