To provide continuity our group invests in succession planning, training and developing staff which ensures a seamless transition for long-term clients. Key to this approach is recruiting and retaining high calibre individuals and we therefore place great importance on specific staff initiatives, which include:

• Support for staff in selecting and attending relevant technical training courses to facilitate learning and development

PraxisIFM takes its responsibilities for securing systems and client data extremely seriously.
Data security summary
• PraxisIFM has cyber security systems in place and in line with the UK Government accredited cyber essentials standard
• The Information security system is based within the context of the UK Government’s 10 Steps to Cyber Security and ISO27001/2 Information security management
• PraxisIFM and its subsidiaries are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation and local Data Protection Laws
It is the policy of the PraxisIFM Group to meet or exceed the regulatory level of insurance in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
Insurance cover is arranged though the Lloyd’s of London marketplace. Cover includes Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability and Cyber insurance, the latter being insured separately.
