Printing South China / Sino-Label 2015 Concluded in Huge Success

2015.03.31 The 22nd South China International Exhibition on Printing Technology (known as Printing South China 2015) and 2015 China International Exhibition on Label Printing Technology (known as Sino-Label 2015) drew their curtains up on 11th March at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, PR China. The fairs were concluded in huge success, featuring 54,396 visitors from over 130 countries and regions, with overseas visitors taking up 9,152 of the total number.

Both fairs won visitors over with live displays of market-leading machinery

The fairs were expanded to include 9 main halls, reaching more than 90,000 sqm exhibition area for over 1200 exhibitors. The showground of Printing South China 2015 was full of excitement and anticipation with live demonstrations brought forth by international exhibitors. For instance, Holweg Weber brought their latest V-series Multifunctional Bag Making Machine. It is equipped with multi or triple-layer options to make paper-bag, and can provide various linking devices to meet different market requirements; Win.Win Digital Security displayed its show-stopping digijet® series; Sungjin Special Ink, Korea’s largest manufacturer on heat-transfer film, presented their related chemical products; Monarch Color Jiangmen, a subsidiary company under Monarch Color Cooperation, demonstrated their professional eco-friendly inks for offset printing.

Sino-Label 2015, one of Printing South China’s concurrent events, gathered over 300 professional suppliers of label printing equipment and related products, to present groundbreaking technology of the labelling industry including Lintec, Taiyo-Kikai, Sanki, Weigang, Zhongtian, DongHang, Nickel, ETI, WanJie, HaoTian ,TaiHang, Hontec, WeiFangHaoTian, Debao, ZhongShan Fuzhou, Kinglabel, Lecco, Soontomax, Yupo, Dicheng and Century Security, VFP and Meech. Many exhibitors saw Sino-Label 2015 as the perfect platform to present their ground-breaking designs and latest technologies, for instance, Founder Electronics launched its latest product - high speed and variable inkjet printing system; Haotian Machinery presented their market-leading RFID and intelligent label printing equipment for the first time; Taiyo Kikai and Omet also demonstrated their latest flexographic printing presses; Xin Jing Lu Electronic displayed their series of equipment on RFID, inspection and composite materials; Jingda launched its Automatic Four Colour Screen Print Label Printing Machine; Zhongshan Fuzhou, King Label, Yupo, Four Pillars, Secutek, Bianian and DCTC also showcased various self-adhesives, copper printing paper, synthetic paper, post-its, anti-counterfeit labels, RFID labels and in-mould labels, to different sectors of end-users, including cosmetics, food and beverage, logistics, petroleum goods, and pharmaceutics. Many visitors revealed they were most pleased with the great variety of exhibits and specific hall arrangement: by allocating each hall to a specific industry, they were able to source products with much convenience.



Unlock latest industry developments at special zones and many concurrent events

Visitors were able to grasp latest trends, technologies and applications from various special zones and concurrent events, which contributed to shaping a more detailed overview of the printing and labelling industries for them. Apart from The 26th Hong Kong Print Awards” Display Zone, 3D Printing Display Zone and Beijing BeiRen Cup-Gravure Premium Printing Display Zone, Sino-Label 2015 also joined forces with Sino-Pack 2015 to build The IML Industry Chain Show， showcasing IML materials, printing, blow moulding, intelligent machinery and plastic manufacturing. Moreover, at RFID – Digital Labelling and Anti-Counterfeit Zone, visitors also learnt latest applications of the RFID technology onto sectors such as anti-counterfeit, logistics and cosmetics.

Dozens of value–adding concurrent events were offered to enrich visitors’ experience, providing attendants the latest industry knowledge, applications and solutions to upgrade their business. For instance The 3rd Annual Digital Post-Press Forum, Overcome Business Downturn With Innovation For Printing And Packaging Enterprises, Applications in Latest 3D Printing Technologies, Annual Conference of Guangzhou Publishing and Printing Association and Digital Printing Forum, Symposium on Labelling Security Technology on Brand Protection and Applications, Innovative RFID Tag and Smart Label Technology Application Forum and Green Packaging and Labelling Industry Summit. One of the attendants expressed his appreciation to the well-informed analysis from industry experts, said their explanation on industries’ developments and regulations really helped him to get a better idea for his business.

Grouping buyers from worldwide associations and big end-use companies

We welcomed more than 100 worldwide industry and company delegations coming from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Hong Kong SAR, Saudi Arabia and South America. Industry associations from many regions of China such as Guangdong, Hubei, Hunan, Fijian, Jiangxi, Yunnan, Henan also grouped great numbers of professional buyers to visit the show.

Show scale and crowd number exceeds exhibitors’ expectation

I am very pleased with the show’s arrangement and are astounded to meet so many visitors coming from regions of South China and surrounding areas. Mr Zhang, from Shanghai Tiancen. (High-end laminating machinery and products manufacturer) “We presented our RFM-106S Fully Automatic Hot-knife laminating machine at the fair. Mr Zhang mentioned its footprint space has reduced from 12 meters to 7 meters, thus requires only one person to operate; it is ideal for PET films with great cutting preciseness.
