Principal’s Reading ChallengeThis year, Mrs. van den Akker challenged Ms. Moffatt, our Acting Principal, to take part in the Book-It Principal’s Challenge.

Ms. Moffatt took up the challenge and ran with it. A team of creative Paraprofessionals created a living room right in the middle of our school. It had everything from curtains to a fireplace!

Ms. Moffatt spent the day there. Representatives from each class took turns reading with her. Students filled the school with that focused quiet that comes from active reading.

The day was a major success!
