Nicola joined the team in 2006 and has 10 years experience. ARLA qualified, she oversees the management of property portfolios for private clients and institutions, as well as properties let by other agents. She provides a bespoke service catered to individual client needs, ranging from providing income/expenditure reports, to sourcing investment properties for those clients looking to increase their portfolio.

ARLA qualified, Paul joined Chesterton Humberts in 2002 and with over 10 years property management experience, has an understanding of your property requirements. Specialising in refurbishments & renovations, Paul can ensure your property commands the best possible rental, whilst maximising the return on your capital investment and avoiding any unnecessary void periods.

ARLA qualified, Tracy has 6 years property management experience since joining us in 2006. During this time she has worked as both a property manager and a co-ordinator. She has gained a great deal of expertise in assisting a large team through problem solving, efficiency and customer focus to help maintain high standards.

Pippa has 8 years of property experience having worked in the lettings industry for a year and a half before moving into property management in 2007. Due to the broad experience she has within lettings and management, Pippa has the skills to deal with difficult situations efficiently whilst ensuring that the clients’ best interests are upheld. Pippa is currently studying for her NAEA qualifications.

Philip joined Chesterton Humberts in 2000 and has gained extensive experience from his time in both property management and client accounts. ARLA qualified, his knowledge and understanding of the lettings industry have enabled us to provide a dedicated tailored accounts service for our broad range of PRIME clients. His enthusiasm and professionalism have contributed to the smooth running of the Portfolio

With over 10 years of Lettings experience, Orlaith endeavours to provide a highly professional service, ensuring and successfully achieving maximum rentals at the point of renewal for all landlords. Due to Orlaith’s diligence, efficiency, attention to detail and in-depth housing act knowledge, Orlaith has built up positive relationships with multi-property landlords with whom she has successfully dealt for many years.

ARLA qualified, Patrick joined Chesterton Humberts in 2001. During his time at the company, he has successfully managed varied types of property in different areas of London. He previously worked at as a cataloguer at a major London auction house. His strengths lie in troubleshooting the challenges that managing such properties can bring and providing a professional personable service.
