Reference may please be made on the above mentioned subject.

We would like to inform you that we are inviting tender for Intedor, Exterior Decoration and Furnitureworks of new premises for Thakurgaon SME/Agri Branch which will be shifted/relocated to 1fl floor,"Doctor Aziz Complex", Bangabandhu Road, Thakurgaon.

You may participate in the tender procedure by submitting Financial Proposal in sealed envelope for thecaptioned work. If you are interested, you may visit to above mentioned places for verification/datacollection.

Eligibility and other conditions:1. Interested bidders may collect tender document for the said work on submission of a request letteraddressing the undersigned as well as documentary evidence of the followings:

i) Should have minimum experience of 03 (Three) years in Interior Decoration and Furniture workof any Bank's Branch or Head Office.ii) Must have experience of executing work of Tk.25.00 Lac or above ir a single tender.iii) Should have valid Registration, ownership document, VAT & TIN cetificate, up-to-date TradeLicense and Bank Solvency Certificate

2. As per attached Bill of Quantity, the quotation of all items has to be submitted to us, which will beinclusive of material cost, wastage, cost for lhbor, carrying cost income tax & VAT etc.

3. The interested bidders shall have to attend a pre-bid meeting at the office of the undersigned at 3:00 pmon 27 .06.2019 .

4. The financial offer along with design/drawing for the Captioned Work is to be submitted to FacilityManagement Division, Prime Bank Limited, Head Office,29, Rajuk Avenue (2.d floor), Dhala-1000 by 3.00p.m on 02.07.2019 and may be opened at 3.30 pm on the same day in presence of bidders (if any).

5. Submission of tender after the specified time shall not be acceptable under any circumstances.
