WAYS TO SAVE MONEY

With over 18 years' experience and service to the industry,we have planned many events and we have learned a fewtricks along the way. As experts in the linen industry, wehave provided some tips to help you enhance your eventand save you money.

Tip No. 1 We are unique to the industry that we allow our customersto ship, pick up, set up and/or return themselves to savemoney. This can create a great savings as service fees canadd up. Being a leader in the wedding industry, we havenoticed an increased number of do-‐it-‐yourself bridesdelegating responsibilities to friends, relatives and theirevent coordinators to get the job done and save significantmoney. This is one of the best ways to have a beautifuldisplay and save money.

Tip No. 2Most facilities provide you with a basic table linen andnapkins. If you want to add more color to the table withouthaving to replace their tablecloths and napkins, add anoverlay or runner. For 75 cents per table you can rent achair tie to lay across the table as a runner – adding a greatdeal of color and contrast. Another option is an overlay-‐ youcan pick any size to add a splash of color creating a dramaticimpact to the tabletop.

business to anyone at anytime.We have a sample borrowing system, at a very

reasonable price, so you can see the color selections andfit (for up to a week). We have 18 different sizes of chaircovers to fit a variety of chairs. Call, e-mail, fax or writefor a sample request form. We have 750 different colorsand materials. We can also custom make items for youto keep or rent. We can source fabric & colors and alsomake specific sizes/custom designs. We proudly say

most of our items are made in the USA. We support ourlocal communities and donate to select charities.

You can reserve items via fax, mail, e-mail or in ourstores. If you are interested in reserving items, staff atthe corporate office/stores will check availability of theitem(s), delivery/pick up prices, staffing availability for

services, inform you of the availability and can offersuggestions as well. Pricing is based upon logistics. We

offer full service: Delivery, shipping, set-up, removal,end-of-event pick-up. We are committed to offering youthe lowest prices by allowing you to do things yourself:

save money by picking up and returning stores. You canalso set up yourselves. We can pre-tie/pre-pin certain

items. We can ship right to your door or event location.We ship nationwide. We explain the shipping process inwriting very clearly as thousands of our clients use our

shipped items and return them with ease. We allow youto rent the items for a day – but pick them up the day

before (if event is Sat/Sun) & return them Monday at noadditional charge. (Restrictions on certain holidays)

Shipped items arrive 1-3 days before the event for noadditional rental charges. We stick to our policies andserve our customers on a first come (signed contract)

first serve basis.We offer free in store consultations with an experienceddesigner that specializes in special events and design.

With over 18 years' experience and service to the industry,we have planned many events and we have learned a fewtricks along the way. As experts in the linen industry, wehave provided some tips to help you enhance your eventand save you money.

Tip No. 1 We are unique to the industry that we allow our customersto ship, pick up, set up and/or return themselves to savemoney. This can create a great savings as service fees canadd up. Being a leader in the wedding industry, we havenoticed an increased number of do-‐it-‐yourself bridesdelegating responsibilities to friends, relatives and theirevent coordinators to get the job done and save significantmoney. This is one of the best ways to have a beautifuldisplay and save money.

Tip No. 2Most facilities provide you with a basic table linen andnapkins. If you want to add more color to the table withouthaving to replace their tablecloths and napkins, add anoverlay or runner. For 75 cents per table you can rent achair tie to lay across the table as a runner – adding a greatdeal of color and contrast. Another option is an overlay-‐ youcan pick any size to add a splash of color creating a dramaticimpact to the tabletop.
