1.8.3 STRUCTURE

Supplying, galvanising, erection, making, grouting andcommissioning of galvanised steel structure for following itemsmentioned below and structure shall be as per HVPN practice(All foundation drg. will be given by contractor as per HVPNspecifications and same will be approved by structure &electrical consultants). Steel structure drg. shall be given byvendor for approval by structral consultants giving windpressure, bending moment etc. with proper drawings.

3.0 TRANSFORMER

3.1 POWER TRANSFORMER



3.1.1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type8/8MVA, 66 KV/11KV, 50 cycle 3 phase delta/star, Oil filledONAF, double copper wound TRANSFORMER includingautomatic and manual On Load Tap Changer with RTCC andAVR, including all standard fittings, accessories and instrumentscomplete as per specifications and as required. Transformershall be provided with Open Air Bushing with Arching Horn on66 KV suitable for Leopard conductor and 11KV side cable boxwith alm. gland plate for 2 x 1c x 400sqmm alm armouredXLPE (UE) cable . The transformer shall have 20% voltagevariation 16 steps with 4 taps on plus side & balance on minusside. The temp. rise shall be 400 in oil 500 in winding.

The transformer shall have magnetic oil level guage with trip &alarm contacts, air cell conservator, surge relay with trip &alarm contacts, buckholz double float relay, winding temp.meter with trip & alarm contacts, oil temp. meter with trip &alarm contacts. The transformer losses shall be 10KW for NOLoad (max. guaranteed), 60KW for Load Losses (max.guaranteed) and 2KW auxiliary losses for 8MVA rating duringONAF condition. This shall have neutral CT on LV star sidewith 2 neutral CT's ratio 200/1 PS class /5P20. The transformerwill have alm. gland plate on 11KV side for terminating singlecore 11KV (UE) cables. This installation shall include allsupply, installation and termination of control cables betweentransformer OLTC & RTCC along with incoming cable forOLTC, lighting inside the marshalling box.

3.1.2 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV indoorcubicle type neutral isolator cum NGR as per IEEE norms thespecification enclosed and shall be rated for 47ohms, 140A for30 sec. with suitable space for 11KV (UE) cable terminations.The NGR panel shall include 1 no. 400A load isolator, 1 no.temp. meter to indicate enclosure temp., 1 no. CT, 1 no. earthfault relay, NGR manufactured out of stainless steel punchedgrid with overall temp. limit of 375 deg. The load isolator andearth fault relay shall be wired upto relay control panel forremote monitoring.

Supply, unloading, placing, erection on foundation, testing andcommissioning of 100KVA oil filled, 11KV/415V, copperwound outdoor type, weather proof type transformer (impedence4%-5%) with bushing / terminal on HT & LT side and with +5%to -10% tap on HT side. 6.0 BATTERY & BATTERY CHARGER

6.1 Supply, assembling, installation electrolyte filling, carryuing outthe recommended cycles of charges and discharges before finalcharging, connecting up, bank forming, testing, rectification andcommissioning of all the equipments for the 220V DC,following battery bank and associated equipment conforming todetailed specifications enclosed in this document. The otherdetails are as follows.

- The rated voltage output equals to 220V DC consisting ofrequired number of lead acid cell of 2V each with specificgravity tester.

- 1 number 1250 Amps 18 KA VCB circuit breaker horizontallyinsulated horizontal drawout, electrical motor operated, springcharged with facility of manual closing. Incomer feeder shall besuitable to terminate 2X1cX400sq.mm cable per phase.

- 3nos CT 600/1+1+1+1+1 amps (PS class/PS class/5P20/0.2/PSclass) 20VA burden CT with 0.2 accuracy,PS class fordifferential ,PS class for REF,5P20 for over current and earthfault ,5P20 protection class for metering, one no PS class asspare .

- 1 No. 3 phase 11KV / √3 /110V/√3/110V/√3 drawout PT with100VA burden and class 0.2/3P accuracy.This shall be suitablefor resistively earthed system & PT shall with duty cycle of 1.9times for 30sec.

- One local / remote switch for operation.

This willbe floor mounted, free standing, indoor duty, dust proof, verminproof, front operated, electrical panel fabricated as perspecifications laid in this document and will be complete withthe main and auxiliary bus bars, interconnection, earth bus andwill be powder coated finish with 70 micron thickness. TheMain LT Panel shall suitable for 415 V AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 3phase 4 wire supply system. Each incoming & outgoing breakerwill have microprocessor based releases. The Panel will be madeas per detailed specifications & drawings forming part of thisdocument.

(Each MCCB will be variable current setting from front, withfront extended lockable handle, pad lockable in off position,indication light for ON, shrouding on incomer side, terminationshall be suitable for aluminium bus bars.)

The workinvolves digging pit in the soil, burying the earth electrode in themixture of common salt & charcoal, connecting earthingconductor to earthing electrode back filling the soil &constructing the watering pit at the site as specified & detailscontained in this document. 2 Nos.

11.4 EARTHING CONDUCTORS

Supply, straightening, shaping, laying under ground/ laying on acable tray/ laying in cement concrete trench the following sizesof hot dipped galvanised iron conductor. The work is inclusiveof providing clamping with the trays/ on the sides of thetrenches, making joints where ever required (All joints ofEarthinfg Except machine end shall be properly welded .Thereshould not be any nut bolts to be used) and providing thehardware and the terminating the hardware and the terminationto the equipment/ earthing station/ etc.
