PRETZEL ENCRUSTED CHICKEN Ingredients: • ¾ cup Snyder’s Gluten Free Mini Pretzels • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts • Italian seasoning • 2 large eggs Direction: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Beat eggs in a bowl. Soak chicken breasts in the beaten eggs. 3. Crush pretzels in a food processor. Alternative: place in plastic bag and smash with hands. 4. Roll chicken in crushed pretzels. 5.
