Ronald Reagan

He was born in Tampico, Illinois. His occupation was a

movie actor. He was elected in 1981 and he served 2 terms. His

political party was the Republican Party. His vice president was

George H. W. Bush and his first lady was Nancy Davis. And he

had an assignation attempt in 1981.

He reduced nuclear weapons from Soviet Union in 1987

and appointed the first Supreme Court Justice, Sandra Day

O’Connor. Ronald Reagan was a good president because he

reduced nuclear weapons from the Soviet Union.

Thomas Jefferson

I’m going to tell you about Thomas Jefferson.

He was born in 1743. He was a lawyer and a planter.

He was elected from 1804-1805. He was

president for two terms. He was in the Democrat

party. He’s vice president was Aaron Burr. The First

Lady was Martha Wayles Skelton.

Thomas Jefferson sent explorers, Lewis and

Clark to find the route to the Pacific Ocean. He

bought the Louisiana Purchase from France. He sent

people to fight the pirates. He lowered taxes.

I feel like Thomas Jefferson did a lot for the

John F. Kennedy

John F. Kennedy was born on May 29, 1917. He was an

author, U.S. navy officer, journalist, and a public official.

He was elected in 1961-1963 and he served as president for

2 years. He was a part of the Democratic Party and his vice

president was Lyndon B. Johnson.

He got married on May 29, 1960 to Jacqueline Lee Bouvier

and he died on Nov 22, 1963 in Dallas Texas at 1:30 eastern

time and he died in office.

I think John F. Kennedy was a strong and great president

and he did a lot for the U.S.A.

John Quincy Adams

John Quincy Adams was born in Massachusetts in 1743.

His job was lawyer, senator, diplomat, He was elected in 1825-

1829 and he served 1 term, which is four years.

He was in the Democratic Party. The vice president was

John C. Calhoun. The first lady was Louisa Adams.

In 1776 he watched the Battle of Bunker Hill from the top

of Penn’s Hill. In 1836 southern congressmen passed a gag rule.

Franklin Pierce

Franklin Pierce is my President’s name. Franklin Pierce

was born on March 4, 1853. Franklin Pierce’s occupations were

Lawyer and Public Official.

President Franklin Pierce was elected in 1853. He was the

14th President of the U.S. for one term. He was in the

Democratic Party. His Vice President was William L. D. King.

The First Lady was Jane Pierce.

The key events during his Presidency are the Gosdaen

Purchase was signed, the Republican Party was organized and

about 400,000 immigrants arrived in New York to live in the

United States.

I feel great about Franklin Pierce because he was a

hardworking man.

John Quincy Adams

John Quincy Adams was born July 11, 1767 in Braintree,

Massachusetts. He was a lawyer, senator, and a diplomat.

Adams was elected President of the United States in 1825.

He served one term. Adams was a member of the Whig,

Federalist, Democrat, and Republican parties. The Vice

President was John C. Calhoun. The First Lady was Louisa

Adams.

In 1836 southern he provided tables petitions against

slavery. On February 21, 1848 Adams collapsed on the floor

and he was dead.

I feel that Adams was a good President and that he was

hard working and honest!!!!!!!

Lyndon B. Johnson

He was born August 27, 1908 near Johnson City, Texas.

His occupation was a teacher and public official .The years

he served were two terms (1963-1969). He served for six years.

His political party was democrat and his vice president was

Hubert H. Humphrey.

Thefirst lady was Lady Bird Johnson. Key events during

his presidency were civil rights acts and movements.

I think Lyndon B. Johnson was a very good president.

George Washington

George Washington was born on February 7, 1739. George

Washington’s father passed away.

He was a Federalist when he was president. His vice

president was John Adams. The year that he had been elected

was 1789. He was president for only one term 1789-1797. He

was the first president of the United States and made laws for

crimes to help citizens.

He had also taught himself to be a woodman too and wore

false teeth. The first lady was Martha D. Cuisty Washington.

George Washington only had one tooth left in his mouth and he

also had to wear false teeth.

He was a good president to our country

Theodore Roosevelt

Hi my name is Jessica and my president is Theodore

Roosevelt. Theodore Roosevelt was beyond awesome. He was

great! My president was born in New York, New York in 1858.

He must have been a busy man because he had three jobs before

he was president. He was an Author, lawyer, and a public

official.

Theodore Roosevelt was elected in 1901. He was president

for two terms! Theodore Roosevelt was a part of the Republican

Party. His vice president was Charles W. Fairbanks. Theodore’s

wife (the first lady) was named Edith Roosevelt.

A lot of key events happened while Theodore was

president. One thing was the first wireless telegraph was sent

across the Atlantic. Also the British defeated Dutch in the Boer

war in South Africa. Also the first model T Ford went on the

market. Another thing was San Francisco had an earthquake. It

destroyed the city and killed over 700 people!!!!! My opinion is

that Theodore Roosevelt was the greatest president ever!!!!!!

Thomas Jefferson

Thomas Jefferson was born April 13, 1743, in Goochland

Virginia. He was a lawyer and a planter in the United States.

Thomas Jefferson was elected president of the United

States in 1801. He served two terms. He was a member of the

Democrat-Republican party. The vice president was Aaron Burr

from 1801 to 1805. George Clinton was the vice president from

1805 to 1809. The First Lady was Martha Jefferson. Martha

Jefferson was Thomas Jefferson’s wife.

Thomas Jefferson had found the Louisiana Territory in

1803. Jefferson also lowered taxes and sent people to fight the

pirates in the Mediterrarran. Jefferson lowered national debt by a

third. Jefferson sent Lewis and Clark to find the Pacific Ocean.

I feel that Thomas Jefferson was a great and strong

president to help our world.

Clinton. Thomas Jefferson served two terms.

Thomas Jefferson had many important key events. He

bought the Louisiana Purchase form France. He also sent people

to fight pirates in the Mediterranean and he lowered taxes.

I think that Thomas Jefferson was a great president!

Benjamin Harrison

Benjamin Harrison was born August 20, 1833 in North Bend,

Ohio. He was the 23 president of The United States of America.

Benjamin Harrison was elected in the year 1888. Benjamin

Harrison was a Republican. The First Lady of The United States was

Mary Scott Dimmick.

Benjamin Harrison’s key events he was the first president general

of the Daughers of the American Revolution (DAR).

Republican Benjamin Harrison was inaugurated as twenty-third

president. Benjamin Harrison’s Vice President was Levi P. Morton.

Benjamin Harrison’s occupation was lawyer. Benjamin Harrison was

president for the United States for 4 years long. He was president in

1889-1893 for The United States of America. Benjamin Harrison’s

Political Party was a Republican.

John F. Kennedy

John F. Kennedy was born May 29 1917 in Brookline,

Massachusetts .He had a career in the U.S. Navy.

Kennedy was elected president of the United States in

1961. He served two terms. He was a member of the Democratic

Party. The vice president was Lyndon B. Johnson. The first lady

was Jacqueline Lee Bouvier. They were married during the

presidency.

General key events that happened during Kennedy’s terms

of Presidency. Kennedy got married during presidency. When

Kennedy was president he named the NASA installation after

himself. Kennedy achieved a treaty with the Soviet Union.

Kennedy died in office by assassination.

I feel that Kennedy was a brave president because he never

gave up on anything that got in his way.

John Adams

John Adams was born in Braintree Quincy

Massachusetts. His occupation is that he was a teacher, farmer,

lawyer and politician.

Presidency year elected is in September 1706. He was the

second president in (1797-1801). His political party was

federalist. The vice president was Thomas Jefferson. The first

lady was Abigail Adams.

The key events are that Thomas Jefferson was vice

president when John Adams was alive. There was a war started

between the French and the British.

My feeling is that he was a good president and that he did

well.

John F. Kennedy

John F. Kennedy was born in 1917 in Massachusetts. As he

grew up he became an author, journalist, and public official.

The year elected of John F. Kennedy was 1961-1963 and

the terms he served were two. Kennedy was also in the

Democratic Party with his wife Jacqueline lee Bovier and his

vice president was Lyndon B. Johnson. They were all members

of the same party.

There were happy and sad key events during John F.

Kennedy’s presidency. Kennedy went to the navy and at that

time he saved soldiers that were hurt. He got married. In Dallas

Texas he died in office. As he was assassinated his head lay on

his wife’s lap. The guard tried to cover him but it was too late.

He died.

I feel that Kennedy was a strong, brave president. I don’t

know why anybody would kill him when he was a good

president.

George W. Bush

George W. Bush was born in New Haven, Connecticut. He

was elected president of the United States in 2001. He was a

member of the Republican Party. The First Lady was Laura

Bush. The vice president was Richard B. Chaney.

Bush served two terms. His Secretary of State was

Condoleezza Rice.

Bush formed a new cabinet –level Department of

Homeland Security. He sent American forces in to break up the

two movements under Osama bin laden. He trained Finland and

exported terrorist teams. On September 11, 2001 nearly 3,000

U.S. citizens were killed in the United States of America by

terrorists.

Zachary Taylor

My president is Zachary Taylor. Zachary was born in

Barbourville, Virginia. Zachary’s occupation was a soldier.

He was elected in 1849. He was there 1 term. He was in the

political party called Whig Party. His vice president was

Millard Fillmore.

His first lady was Margaret Mackall Sith. His key events

during presidency were President Zachary was an unusual

dresser and mixed military and civilian clothing. Zachary was a

soldier after he was president. The Clayton-Bulwer Treaty

signed with Britain guaranteed that any future canal across

Central America would be available to all.
