Services’ product range and in response to market demand, both from suppliers and consumers of outdoor advertising.

• MAX-Outdoor was pioneered by vendors in Australia and by advertising agencies - on behalf of multinational advertisers - in South East Asia. MAX-Outdoor represents the mutual requirements of advertiser, agency and vendor and includes the comprehensive media knowledge that Technical Software Services has built up over the last decade.

• MAX-Outdoor creates a vehicle through which advertisers and agencies see outdoor as a credible component of the media mix.

• One important component that came from the Technical Software Services analysis was the agencies need to evaluate outdoor signage in a non subjective environment, and to choose outdoor sites specifically because they met the needs of the client and the advertising brief, not purely on the basis of availability.

• Technical Software Services, in conjunction with the agencies and outdoor vendors in Australia designed and developed MAX-Outdoor to facilitate the marketing and management of outdoor media.
