CERTIFICATIONS

AXO WELDING is certified accordingly to:

•European Standard ISO-EN 3834-2: Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. Comprehensive quality requirements.

•German Standard AD-Merkblaetter HP-0 for manufacturing pressure equipment in accordance with European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.

•The certification is issued by the German agency TÜV SÜD

PRODUCTION DATA

Workshop lift loads capability up to 5.000 Kg. Heavier loads are handled by means of hydraulic jacks and heavy duty rollers.

• LINCOLN ELECTRIC inverter welding machines, all very recent, are state of the art welding equipment.

•Libya Operations are supported by 400 sqm workshop and 18.000 sqm yard •Libya Operations are supported by 400 sqm workshop and 18.000 sqm yard equipped with mobile crane and other lifting equipment.

•In addition to the capacity of the production facilities, through service experience and the support of qualified sub-suppliers, the company is able to organize on-site projects for the assembling, erection, modification and maintenance of many types of components and structures.

•The company has wide experience at working during scheduled down plant turnarounds and satisfying the strict schedule requirements that are an essential part of such jobs.
