    Robert McIntosh is the Executive Director responsible for advisory and

    valuation work in CBRE Hotels in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore he has

    over 30 years property experience, 20 of which are in hotels. The

    division services the hotels and leisure industry including resorts, golf

    courses, casinos, theme parks, pubs, hotels and motels.

    Roberts experience has been wide ranging in terms of geography, property

    type and skills. He has been involved in advisory, valuation, operator

    selection, consulting and sales assignments throughout the Asia Pacific

    region. In addition he has advised on the restructuring of various portfolios,

    due diligence assignments and the listing of real estate assets.
