Who is required to have a PSO Permit?

• Facilities with one, or more, Private Sanitary Sewer Pump Stations

• Facilities with a large Sanitary Sewer Collection System– 1,000 L.F. or more of 6 in. pipe diameter,

with or without a PS.

• To reduce oil and grease concentrations in wastewater that is discharged to the public sanitary collection/transmission system by monitoring, sampling and educating facility operators.
