AZ0134-AS250 TESTER

AZ0222-CRR TESTER AND FEEDER FOR COMMON RAIL INJECTOR

Our tester AZ0222-CRR permits the following tests:

a) To check the electrical part of all kind of common rail injectors (Bosch, Delphi, Denso and VDO –

Electromagnetic and Piezo). ELECTRICAL TEST

b) To check the spray of the injectors; if the injector is connected to an hand-test injector. SPRAY TEST

c) If you connect the injector to a compartor bearing with comparator it permits to check and see the ball-

lift of common rail injectors Bosch Electromagnetic CRI and CRIN. BALL-LIFT TEST

d) If you connect the injector to a compartor bearing with comparator it permits to check and see the

dynamic-lift of the Stack (Solenoid) of VDO injectors. DYNAMIC-LIFT STACK VDO TEST

a) ELECTRICAL TEST

The tester AZ0222-CRR includes 5 cables to connect to the instrument the different models of injectors

(Bosch, Delphi, Denso, VDO etc).

The electrical test permits to get the following results:

1. Acoustic Feed-back produced by the injector dued to the impulses induced by the instrument.

2. Electical absorption in Ohm (0.00 Ω).

-ABSORPTION MEASURED IN HUNDREDTH OF OHMS (0.00 Ω).

Attention:

Classic multimeters measure the absorption in tenth of Ohm (0.0 Ω).

b) SPRAY TEST

The tester AZ0222-CRR, if connected to an inejctor joint with an hand-test injectors manual or automatic,

permits to check and see the spray of the injector.

In this way it permits to control the pulverizer (nozzle).

The tests available on the AZ0222-CRR simulate the test of a test bench with common rail simulator.

The window is user-friendly

The are nr. 2 type of tests: ”TIME” or “PULSE”.

Tests:

a) MAIN INJECTION

b) PRE-INJECTION

c) PILOT INJECTION

All the test-parameters are set by the producer; however it is possible to enter inside the software and to

modify the values also when the test has already began.

The parameters checked and modifiable are:

1. Frequency “Hz”

2. Opening time “ms”

3. Power “V”

c) BALL-LIFT TEST

d) DYNAMIC-LIFT TEST STACK VDO

To control the ball-lift and/or the dynamic lift of VDO Stack is necessary to connect the injector to a

comparator bearing and than connect the injector to the tester.

You will see the measure of the ball-lift on the comparator.

AZCBCR-4-SIM COMMON RAIL SIMULATOR

Common rail simulator to check injectors (Bosch, Delphi, Denso and VDO Elettromagnetic and Piezo) at the

test bench.

Our simulator is sold with KIT RAIL (AAZ034-KIT) to assemble the injector to the test bench.

1. It tests till 4 injectors at the same time.

2. It tests the quality of the bobbin (resistance and power of the magnet/Piezo).

3. With testing-table for injectors

4. If connected to a comparator bearing (ex. AZ0352-CR and/or AAZ006-KIT) it permits to measure the

ball-lift and/or the dynamic-lift of stack VDO.

5. It produces and controls automatically and/or manually the pressure

6. It can do the following tests:

a) Electrical test

b) Opening test (NOP)

c) Leaking test (LEAK TEST)

d) Quantity test (VE-LL-EM-VL)

7. It can check also common rail PUMP

a) It drives pressure regulators and valves

b) Testing-tables for Bosch pumps

AZCBCR-4-SIM can be assembled on every kind of test bench. It is not necessary a particular power of the

test bench (KW).

Cam-Box base to lay on the test bench to test injectors UI and UP.

Cam-box is universal and can be fixed on every diesel test bench; the height of our cam-box, from the base to

the camme is the same as Bosch equipment: 125mm. In case there was a test bench with a different height

you need only to buy one of our adaptor-plate.
