client's request, we provide free of charge access to all their previously completed

translations at any time;

Within the scope of the training sessions the we provide all the necessary

educational materials carefully selected by qualified language teachers in

accordance with the specific requirements of individual course participants.

BALAJCZA language teachers are available 5 days a week between 6 a.m.

and 10 p.m. It is you, the Customer who has the flexibility to set the learning

schedule.

BALAJCZA issues VAT invoices for the services in question (foreign language

tuition is VAT exempt). That is how we settle financial issues with all our
