Some new book should be introduce in library so that workers can update their knowledge, as well as proper lighting and sitting arrangement should be there in library.
CONT….

On the death of any workers, while working Rs 1,00,000 is given to the nominees; it should be increase according to economic scenario, where common people are affected by inflation.
Some more facilities should be introduced like interest free loan for workers to purchase household goods.
Company should try to open holiday homes in Nainital, Darjeeling etc where workers can stay with their family at reasonable rates .
The interaction between workers & management should improve.
