either by the web server or the client computer. This allows the
server to deliver a page tailored to a particular user, or the page
itself can contain some script which is aware of the data in the
cookie and so is able to carry information from one visit to the
website (or related site) to the next.

without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.

30. WHAT I LEARNED I learned a lot from this course, because it
wasnt like any other course Ive already had. Im a finance student,
so I didnt receive as many marketing courses as my fellow student
is this class. More than ever this course made me realize how
important the internet is for businesses, and that it is key to use
it right. I feel any business on the internet has to that in to
account a couple of important factors: I think it has to be
customer-driven. Its essential to pay attention to your costumers
needs. Afterall they are the right of existence of your company.
Next to that the content on the internet of your company has to be
simple and attractive. Simplicity in a nice coat made a lot of
sites succesfull. This also means the E-commerce, website, app, or
any other platform is easy to use. If u take al these things into
consideration and you have a well-marketed audicience, Im convinced
the business will flourish. Thanks to this course its clear to me
that a business has to be present on the internet. If they want to
target a lot of people, they have to use to must popular tools
available online.
31. WHAT I LEARNED Other important things that I learned for
instance of the e-commerces is how they can link it to their
ERP-systems, and how they use upselling and cross-selling to
improve their sales. The internet is huge with a lot of
opportunities. I was surprised about what other classmembers knew
from various websites and tools on the internet. And from time to
time I could share with them something they didnt know. So its
clear that you can explore it endlessly, and its something that
keeps evolving fast, which makes all to more interesting
