objectiveProvide best education to the children’s of poor

people of my area especially girls students who have predominant role in the society and produce best citizens of the country which play a constructive and vital role in the development of the country.

Summary of the schoolOur village is situated in deserted area of District Khairpur and about 20

Km away from Taluka Faiz Gunj and 80kms away from Khairpur city and there was no Girls school in our village.

The Govt. of Pakistan, National Education Foundation (NEF) (Formerly) announced for the opening of new basic education schools all over the country to enhance the literacy rate of the country.

We applied for school through process as defined in advertisement and finally a team of NEF had visited our village for justification of the School building and its necessity.

After satisfaction by the visiting officials they approved school for our village and it was established on April, 2008 with a single teacher.

Summary cont……..A well known respectable family of village donate a

building for school which was in their personal use at that time.

The building consist of 03 rooms, 01 veranda and about 2000 sq. yds. open area in front of building.

School has a boundary wall, a hand pump is installed and for beautification purpose a small garden is also maintained by the school Teachers.

Summary cont……..Before the establishment of this school there was no adequate set

up for girls students and people avoid to send their daughters in boys schools, after establishment of BECS Pholari parents started to send their daughters with pleasure.

The major beneficiaries of this school are the Girls students and by the Grace of Allah we provide them a quality education.

I’m very thankful to Almighty Allah that our school has successfully completed about 08 years and due to our efforts specially Girls students has given outstanding results and No. of passed out female students are getting their higher studies regularly and Insha'Allah in future they will bright the name of the country and our institute.

Establishment of the schoolInitially single teacher was deployed in 2008 but due to

the excessive quantity of the students I requested to higher authority for 02nd teacher after long struggle BECS appointed 02nd teacher (Mrs. Seema) in October, 2009.

BECS department terminate the 02nd Teacher from service without prior intimation but she is still performing her duties in the school as usual.

As crowded conditions in the class rooms there is necessitate of 02nd teacher to overcome the situation.

RECOMMANDATIONS / SUGGESTIONS

Ensure timely payment of salaries of teaching staff as teachers would perform their duties efficiently.

Increase the monthly salary of the teachers because in these days Rs. 6000/- is very minute amount in comparison with expenses. It should be increase up to Rs. 15000/- as teachers maintain their basic responsibilities.

Provide clear career path of the teachers either is it contract job or daily wedges or temporary basis. Here I suggest you that if regularization of teachers are not possible this time than it should be extendable yearly contract. In this way teachers will give you good out put and results.

RECOMMANDATIONS / SUGGESTIONS…………

Regularize teachers of those schools whose progress & performance is outstanding.

Ensure the strict monitoring of the schools and their functionality status on regular basis and also make strategy to monitor the inspection staff.

On violation of non compliance of rules take serious disciplinary action against teaching and monitoring staff for the purpose to enhance the credibility of the organization.

RECOMMANDATIONS / SUGGESTIONS…………

Concept of third party evaluation is best idea but do contract with well reputed bodies who have sufficient knowledge of monitoring / inspection as well as educated staff as to achieve real aim of evaluation.

While for third party evaluation in Sindh BECS department has done contract with unpopular bodies who have no any credibility as well as they have illiterate monitoring staff who don’t have basic knowledge of monitoring.

RECOMMANDATIONS / SUGGESTIONS…………Authorized officers of BECS Sukkur Division communicate

to the teachers through mobile phone prior to surprise visit of monitoring staff, how is it surprise visit and how in this way we achieve our targeted goals of education, so if Federal Govt. is really interested with future of Pakistan this should also be noted and monitored by the Federal Government, and take serious action against the corrupt officers, monitoring staff as well as teaching staff.

Provide 02nd teacher to those schools where no. of students is more than 50 with complete justification.

RECOMMANDATIONS / SUGGESTIONS…………

Close the ghost schools which are exist only in papers which are totally loss and burden on the nation.

Provide books to the schools at Tahsil headquarters / Schools.

Provide books at the start of the session not at the end of the session because late receiving of books is the financial loss as well as the desired results also could not achieve.

RECOMMANDATIONS / SUGGESTIONS…………Clearly define the mechanism for conducting the exam

of the students from class one to five, while BECS gave responsibility to the supervisors of education deptt. Of Sindh for conduct of exam of class five only.

Assign external body for conduct of exam for the evaluation of performance of the schools.

Provide prior written information regarding the contract of third party and also authority letter to the monitoring staff.

RECOMMANDATIONS / SUGGESTIONS…………Arrange result oriented trainings for teachers from

well reputable institutions.

Reserve admission seats in well reputed Medical, Engineering, Business institutes of the country for the meritorious students who completed primary education from BECS project.

Arrange teachers assessment test for their ability either those are able or not for teaching.

RECOMMANDATIONS / SUGGESTIONS…………

Provide basic needs to the school i.e.

Replace floor mats for students sitting purpose.white board (environment friendly and also safe for

teacher’s health while chalk produced tiny particles which is hazard for teacher’s health).

ConclusionThis is really a very good project for promotion of basic

education to the unprivileged families of the rural areas of the Pakistan.

This project has partial role for the development of the society because administratively it is not managed properly.

Conclusion……If higher authority will take real interest, for the interest

of future generation of Pakistan and make strong administrative grip on staff from top to bottom definitely this project will give outstanding results according to the real theme of the project and it will produce best citizens of the country which can play a constructive and vital role in the development of the country in future.
