• Overall objective(s): To establish a mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship between chambers in Uşak, Kütahya and Afyonkarahisar and in Cologne and Munich (Germany) via exchanging experience.

• Specific objective(s): i) To strengthen the institutional capacity of chambers Uşak, Kütahya and Afyonkarahisar in the field of vocational training by transfer of knowledge from the chambers in Germany.ii) To ensure a stronger awareness of the opportunities and challenges of EU accession of Turkey in the field of vocational training
