The NEW Sales Paradigm Shift

Old Approach: Review inventory to see what sells.

New Approach: Know each customer – what does s/he like to read? Offer specific discounts as rewards. Send sample chapters. Sell subscriptions or volume sales. Send books for certain amount of time as teaser or real sale.
