Outline of Workshop
It was Halloween and the British Council teachers had just finished work.
They were feeling thirsty after a hard day at the chalk face and set off down to the Halloween party at the pub in Hong Kong Park.
I’m only staying for one drink. I’ve got to catch a
ferry home soon.
Four pints of lager please!
The clock struck midnight and the teachers had already had five pints of lager each.
One of the teachers, James, was starting to feel a little bit ill.
I think it’s time I went home.
His head was hurting and his legs started to shake.
My wife’s going to kill me.
James was turning to go when he saw it.
It was huge and very fierce looking.
James froze with fear.
Help Mummy!!!Yum Yum - supper!!
The monster was about to eat James when...
A Hong Kong taxi driver came to the rescue.
Quick, get in!!
James got into the taxi and the driver hit the accelerator.
James relaxed in the back seat knowing he was safely on his way home.If James had looked out of the rear window of his taxi he might not have felt so relaxed ...
I’m coming to get you James.Ha ha ha!!!
That’s all folks!!
